- SEAGULL MANAGER: A manager who flies in, makes a lot of noise, craps on everything, and then leaves.
- SALMON DAY: The experience of spending an entire day swimming upstream, only to get screwed and die in the end.

Adding to the vocabulary
Peter Rost, blogging at The Huffington Post, has a small list of words for 2006, some new, some not so new. According to him, these are important words for surviving the year. My favorites are:
