recreate popular Irish pub dishes in your own home" (from book's back cover). There are not easy recipes, but with some effort I think some of them can be made at home.
Book has four chapters:
- Appetizers and snacks
- Entrees
- Vegetables and side dishes
- Desserts and drinks
For me, the highlight of the book was in the full color photographs. The photos sure make the food look very good. Overall, I liked this one. That roast been on rye toast is one recipe I'd love to try out.
3 out of 5 stars.
