This short audio e-book is one of those parodies of self-help books, in this case a parody of Marie Kondo's tidy up book and similar clean your mess books. Instead of throwing away and decluttering, embrace your messiness and be happy. The author urges us all to clutter mindfully. It is a parody, but it may have a small kernel of truth. Still, the book is mildly amusing, but it is not particularly substantial nor memorable. On a positive, it was a short book. In the end, it was OK.

2 out of 5 stars.
