I continue to read and enjoy this series. In this volume, we continue to follow Jedi Master Dass Jennir's story.  In addition, we get two other stories: "Darth Vader and the Ghost Prison" and "Darth Vader and the Ninth Assassin." I had read the ninth assassin story before (link to my review of that story). In that story, eight assassins have tried and failed to kill Vader. Now a ninth assassin is hired, will they succeed?

In "Ghost Prison," the Emperor falls ill to a virus. Will Vader find a cure at the Ghost Prison. Naturally, other plots are happening to try and take advantage of the inmates in the Ghost Prison.

Overall, this continues to be an entertaining series. It features different authors and writers, so the art varies but it is good overall. The stories are good as well. I am enjoying following Darth Vader's story as well as the Jedi trying to survive after Order 66. I really liked this volume.

4 out of 5 stars.
